Aran, great blog and totally impartial. I also do not have a direct affiliation to Samuel or his team other than taking his free and the smaller advanced courses and more recently Samuel365 which is fabulous value. I can honestly say that from experiencing other training events, Property Investors training courses are by miles the least hard selling out there and I’ve been to a few over a 2 year period. I am testament that the teaching and the motivation you get from it far outweighs what you pay and it works. One thing I would say is that if you want to succeed in this game you need to have an element of training and guidance which I’m afraid in some cases you will need to pay for. This is not for everyone and you must have the right mindset to make it work for you…it can be hard work and it’s not a quick rich scheme. You need to reep the fruits of your Labours but once you do, the rewards are amazing. Make out what you will from my response but from having a 20+ year career in the motor industry, I will never turn back the clock. #i’vegotyourback#

It’s a sell written article but needs more research. After the last recession there were simlar training companies such as property investors. They come and go, selling dreams for thousands of pounds, their time will come to an end .You can find more information about this at ‘the truth about Samuel Leeds’ on Facebook and property tribes. I ask the writer to thoughly research property investors as it’s oblivious you have not done this. Thanks

I am not being negative. I too believed all he claimed and did not just do the free course.

I loved the free course, it’s when I Paid for the academy that I wasted my money.

He doesn’t deliver what he promises, that to me is being scammed. I am not one of those bleating on about him being expensive etc I could afford to pay and was willing to so I could learn but I ddnt get what I paid for.

It was almost like take my money and disappear.

Like university you pay for a course with a plan you the module and what will be taught but this wasn’t delivered.

I can’t comment on other people’s experiences but mine. And obviously I am taking legal action so hopefully once that is over I can give more details.

I have no comment on his other students or success etc I do understand marketing so I don’t watch those videos of his (Success students) except the one he teaches.

For those posting negative comments, I will generally let them through as long as they are not abusive or unfriendly, do contain an argument and don’t contain potentially libellous statements. However, ultimately it is my blog and my discretion. I really want to find the truth and have no agenda. What I would like to here from you is if you have any proof that the success students are not real or that they didn’t learn their skills from Mr Leeds? If not, I don’t think you can call it a scam. I am sure that not everyone succeeds, but that is true for any training.

I am sure the world is not conspiring against Samuel Leeds. BBC, channel 4, shaf rasul, lord sugar etc.

You will only open your eyes once you have been scammed like me and do your due diligence after and you know nothing he says about who is is true or backed up with facts and evidence.

Well the end is nigh, have those with money supporting my legal action so when the proceedings start it will be the end.

“Those you can’t do, teach”

You should remember that Samuel is not a millionaire but he portrays to be one. There is a huge difference and this sucks you in.

Go on property tribes and also review companies house data on Sams companies. This will shed a big light onto his status. Actually at the time I write this all his company accounts are massively overdue in filing and no doubt companies house has started the auto process of winding up his companies.
